1. 我哋收啲咩資料
- 你經網站表格（Google Forms）留低嘅：姓名、公司、職位、WhatsApp 號碼、email、公司規模、服務興趣
- 你經 WhatsApp（+852 6749-0958）同我哋嘅對話內容
- 你俾我哋嘅付款資料（由 Stripe 處理，我哋唔會儲存你嘅信用卡號碼）
- 網站訪問數據（經 Cloudflare analytics，例如訪問頁面、停留時間；如日後使用 Meta Pixel 作廣告成效追蹤，會喺此更新列明）
2. 攞嚟做咩
- 回覆你嘅查詢、安排 AI 員工開工
- 提供同改善服務（例如訓練你嘅 AI 員工答你公司嘅 FAQ）
- 收月費、開單
- 經你同意先會 send 服務更新或推廣訊息 — 你話唔要，我哋即刻停
3. 資料保存幾耐
- 查詢資料：最後聯絡起計 24 個月，之後刪除
- 客戶服務資料：服務期間 + 終止後 12 個月（處理跟進同法律要求），之後刪除或匿名化
- 會計及單據記錄：按香港法例要求保存 7 年
4. 邊個會接觸到你嘅資料
我哋唔賣你嘅資料，一個都唔賣。只有以下服務商喺提供服務時會處理部分資料：
- Google（表格及雲端儲存）
- Stripe（付款處理）
- Cloudflare（網站寄存及安全）
- Meta / WhatsApp（訊息傳送；如日後使用 Meta Pixel 會列明）
呢啲服務商嘅伺服器可能喺香港以外。我哋只揀有嚴格保安標準嘅供應商。
營運實體披露：Aldone 由 Digital Know How Limited 營運；於過渡期內，付款經 Stripe 由我哋嘅聯屬公司 Skin Nods Limited 代收（月結單可能顯示「Skin Nods」）。你嘅資料責任由 Digital Know How Limited 承擔，詳見服務條款。
4A. 資料保安
我哋用存取權限控制、加密傳輸（HTTPS）同最少權限原則保護你嘅資料，只有需要處理你查詢或服務嘅人員先接觸到。
5. 你嘅權利（PDPO）
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權：
- 查閱我哋持有你嘅咩資料（資料查閱要求）
- 要求改正唔準確嘅資料
- 隨時拒收推廣訊息
處理資料查閱或改正要求，我哋會喺 40 日內回覆；法例容許就查閱要求收取合理費用。

We keep this plain: here's what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
- Details you submit via our website form (Google Forms): name, company, role, WhatsApp number, email, company size, service interest
- Your conversations with us on WhatsApp (+852 6749-0958)
- Payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store your card number)
- Website analytics data via Cloudflare analytics (pages visited, time on site; if we later use Meta Pixel for ad measurement, we will update this policy to say so)
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and onboard your AI employees
- To deliver and improve the service (e.g. training your AI employees on your company FAQ)
- To bill monthly fees and issue invoices
- To send service updates or marketing only with your consent — tell us to stop and we stop immediately
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact, then deleted
- Client service data: duration of service + 12 months, then deleted or anonymised
- Accounting records: 7 years as required by Hong Kong law
4. Who sees your data
We never sell your data. These providers process parts of it to deliver the service: Google (forms & cloud storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting & security), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging; Meta Pixel will be disclosed here if adopted). Their servers may be located outside Hong Kong.
Operating entity disclosure: Aldone is operated by Digital Know How Limited; during a transitional period, payments are collected via Stripe by our affiliate Skin Nods Limited (your card statement may show "Skin Nods"). Data responsibilities remain with Digital Know How Limited — see our Terms of Service.
4A. Data security
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and least-privilege principles; only personnel who need to handle your enquiry or service can access it.
5. Your rights (PDPO)
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Opt out of marketing at any time
We respond to access/correction requests within 40 days; a reasonable fee may apply to access requests as permitted by law.
